Jim Finley (CEO of Finley Resources and co-owner of Wildcat Midstream) accepts Union Pacific’s Pinnacle Safety Award for the 5th consecutive year presented to Wildcat President, Joe Shotwell
The annual award honors customers who implement release prevention protocols, corrective action plans and have zero non-accident releases of regulated hazardous materials shipments.
“Safety is Union Pacific’s No. 1 priority, and we are proud to honor these likeminded companies with the Pinnacle Award,” said Jacque Bendon, senior vice president – Industrial, Marketing and Sales. “Our customers share our commitment to the safe transportation of chemicals, and we have a collaborative goal of protecting the environment and communities along our rail network.”
Joe and his Wildcat Team remain committed to assuring that all work is done with focused efforts on employee and contractor safety. These efforts are critically important when the assets employed, railcars, tanker trucks and transloaders are all mobile and are constantly shifting positions requiring trained employees to not only maintain vigilance for their co-workers, but also the multiple contractors on site. Joe and his Team have earned Union Pacific’s Pinnacle award for the 5th consecutive year which is a tribute to both Leadership and Commitment to assuring “Everyone goes home Safe”.
