Leon Oloya, PE – Chief Executive Officer
20+ years of oil and gas experience covering all facets of the industry, including specific expertise in downstream and midstream operations, design and commercial aspects. Prior to joining Wildcat as CEO in 2024, Leon led teams that evaluated the yellow and black wax Wildcat moves each day, contributing to the long- term commitments and investments to grow the Uinta Basin crude. Now as the CEO, Leon looks to continue to expand the midstream logistics assets needed to allow for the maximization of the basin production and value capture for end users worldwide.
Joe Shotwell – President
38+ years of Operational experience / responsibilities for liquids movements, crude oil, asphalt and refined products. Specific expertise in operational design and management of rail, truck, marine and pipeline facilities. Unique and invaluable experience especially given the challenging characteristics of the Uinta Wax molecule and the increasing volume of wax exports. Has served in various senior/executive leadership roles in large corporations and as a partner in design, build, own and operate terminals. He also served on the Board of Directors, as a member and executive director, for the International Liquid Terminals Association.
M. Neal Gordy – Senior Vice President Strategic Development
40+ years of North American experience in all phases of crude oil and refined products logistics supply chain (onshore and offshore) – wellhead crude oil acquisition, refinery supply, trading, movements (pipeline, rail, truck and marine) and infrastructure development.
