Terminal Expansion Update – 5/20/2025

Phase 1 of the Wildcat Midstream Expansion Project began in March 2025 to add an additional 14,000 barrels per day of transloading capacity at the Wildcat Terminal near Helper Utah. Completion of construction is expected in July, bringing the total export capacity to 54,000 barrels per day.

Phase 2 of the Expansion Project will increase the export capacity to ~100,000 barrels per day and currently awaits the commercial commitments to fully expand the facility.
